What is the return policy?
• We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed & unstitched merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for an exchange or refund*
• Refund will only be issued in a case where same alternative article is not available
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• 15% Administrative cost and delivery charges will be deducted from total purchase value.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7-15 working days after receiving the returned products.
Will you restock items marked as "SOLD OUT"?
If an item is sold out, you can request that we notify you when it is back in stock. If it becomes available again within 15 days we will send you an e-mail to let you know. If there is no more stock, we will remove it from the website
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Normal delivery times are 3 to 5 buisness days.
